Long story short, am pregnant with number two and I originally only wanted to take 4months maternity leave then work 8mths purely from home (was allowed to do this after #1). But have just been told cannot work from home next year, so budget is now all out of whack and will probably have to start back at the office earlier than my original plan of when bubs is 12mths old. So my question is, at what age do breastfed babies start to cut down. I breastfeed my DD for 13mths but can't remember number of feeds etc. I don't want to have to start childcare for baby #2 before breastfeeds have started cutting down. On average, how many feeds a day would an 8mth old be having? Or 9mth old?
